This is a limited-time promotion designed to reward users for trying Utoppia's Bill Payment feature for the first time.

You're eligible for the Bill Payment Cashback Program if:

You are making your FIRST bill payment transaction through Utoppia

Your Utoppia account is active and in good standing

You have not completed any Bill Payment before the launch date of this program (December 13)

Who is NOT eligible:

Users who have already made a Bill Payment through Utoppia before this program launched

Users with accounts in arrears or non-compliance

Users whose bill payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled

Important: This is exclusively for your FIRST bill payment transaction. If you've already paid bills through Utoppia before December 13, you are not eligible.

You will receive 1% cashback on the total amount of your first Bill Payment transaction, with NO maximum cashback limit.

Examples:

If your first bill payment is $100 USD → You receive $1 USD cashback (1%)

If your first bill payment is $500 USD → You receive $5 USD cashback (1%)

If your first bill payment is $2,000 USD → You receive $20 USD cashback (1%)

If your first bill payment is $10,000 USD → You receive $100 USD cashback (1%)

Key points:

The cashback is exactly 1% of your transaction amount

There is NO maximum limit

The larger your first bill payment, the more cashback you receive.

This applies ONLY to your first bill payment transaction (one-time benefit)

The cashback will be credited to your Utoppia USD checking account within 30 calendar days after your qualifying first bill payment transaction.

Timeline:

Make your first bill payment → Day 0

Cashback credited to your account → Within 30 calendar days

The cashback is deposited directly into your Utoppia USD account, not into your prepaid card or investment account.

Important: If your bill payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled during this period, you will not receive the cashback.

You can receive this cashback ONLY ONCE. 

This promotion applies exclusively to your FIRST bill payment transaction through Utoppia. Subsequent bill payment transactions will NOT generate additional cashback benefits, regardless of the amount.

Key restrictions:

One cashback per user

Only your first Bill Payment qualifies

Future bill payments do not earn cashback under this program

This is a first-transaction promotion

If your bill payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled, you will NOT be entitled to receive the cashback.

Scenarios where cashback does NOT apply:

The bill payment is refunded by the service provider

You dispute the bill payment transaction

The payment is canceled before processing

The payment fails to complete successfully

Important: To receive the cashback, your first bill payment must be:

Successfully completed

Not reversed or refunded

Not disputed or canceled

Maintained for at least 30 days

The cashback is only valid for legitimate, completed, and maintained bill payment transactions.
