You can cancel your subscription at any time (no commitment, cancel anytime) from your Profile in the Utoppia app.
It is an account that allows you to manage your funds, invest them, and its main goal is to generate returns at an annual interest rate.
Your investments and funds are held in custody by Alpaca Securities LLC, a registered U.S. broker-dealer, member of FINRA and SIPC. Actually we offer the Alpaca FDIC Bank Sweep Program as a sweep investment option for available cash balances in your brokerage account.
The annual rate varies and you will be able to see it posted in the app in the investments section.
The income is calculated daily and credited monthly within the first 5 business days of each month.
Depositing in the investment account involves investing in the financial market. This means that such an investment implies inherent risks for which Utoppia cannot be held responsible for any variations in the interest rates or returns provided.
Through the app, you can access the details and returns for your investments account.
Your interests are not subject to US tax withholding. It is the responsibility of each client to declare taxes in their country. Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction, and it is advisable to consult a tax advisor to understand the tax implications.
Once you request a withdrawal from your investment account, funds will be transferred to your USD account within 2 business days.
Withdrawals from the investment account (charge) are free.
With Utoppia Plus, you can send Same-Day ACH transfers completely free (no charge, zero cost).Â
Normally, Same-Day ACH transfers cost $3 USD per transaction. As a Plus subscriber, this fee is waived and you can send as many Same-Day ACH transfers as you want at no additional cost.

Processing time: Less than 24 hours
Recipients: Any US bank account
Limits: Standard ACH transfer limits apply
Requirement: Must have active Utoppia Plus subscription

5. Choose "Same-Day ACH" as your transfer method
6. Review and confirm the transfer
As a Plus user, you'll see "$0.00" as the fee instead of the standard $3.00 fee.

The transfer must be initiated during banking hours for same-day processing
If your Plus subscription is inactive or canceled, the standard $3 fee will apply
You can send as many Same-Day ACH transfers as you want with Plus.

Note: Priority Support doesn't mean instant responses 24/7, but it does mean you'll get expedited attention compared to standard users. Response times depend on support volume and agent availability.
The fee will be automatically debited from your Utoppia USD regular account. In case you don't count with funds in the account, the funds will be debited from your investments account.
The process is very simple, you just need to go to your Profile, select Utoppia Plus and choose the option to Cancel Utoppia Plus subscription.
